Ms Elizabeth Dimakatso Musi has more than 20 years’ experience at the College; serving in positions as Lecturer; Senior Lecturer, SRC Coordinator, Academic Assistant, and Academic Manager. She is a qualified Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator. She is also a trained Mentor and a Coach. Elizabeth holds a BED Honores Degree in Psychology of Education; Certificates in Computers trained in Leadership & Management both locally and international.
Ms Ayanda Mhlauli Deputy Principal Corporate Service is passionate about rendering support services in the institution and holds a BTech Public Management, coupled with more than 15 years’ experience in corporate services. Previous positions include that of Lecturer and working in the field of: Organisational Development, Labour Relations, Training and Human Resources. She’s currently studying towards an Honours degree in Public Administration.
Mr. Nkosinathi Jacobs Deputy Principal: Finance is passionate about rendering financial services (Supply Chain Management, Debt Management, Financial Accounting and Asset Management) in the institution and holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Stellenbosch, coupled with more than 13 years’ experience in Financial services. Previous positions include that of Northern Cape Provincial Treasury Assistant Manager in the field of: Budgets and Fiscal Policy. He’s currently a candidate for Doctorate’s in Public Administration
Mrs Elgin Mokokong is an enthusiastic Human Recourse Practitioner and has been involve in Recruitment, Labour Relations, Organisational Development, Employment Equity, Performance Management, Leave management and staff Training and Development in both private and public institutions for 19 years. She holds a BTech Degree in Human Resource Management.
Mrs Mary Janse van Rensburg has 14 years’ experience in education at NCUTVET College as Finance - and IT lecturer and senior lecturer. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Financial Manager with 13 years’ experience in operational budgets, financial - and management reports and audits. I holds a B. Comm degree, Higher Education Diploma, Internal Audit Certificate, Advanced Word, Excel and Access certificates and attend numerous courses in the financial spectrum. Mr Boston Kgaje Lecholo has more than 15 years’ experience at the NCU TVET College; including positions as Lecturer; Academic Support Centre Supervisor and Student Support Manager. He has 23 years’ experience in the Education Sector, most of which have been in Student Support Services. Boston is currently holding some key positions like: CoSACSA Provincial Chairperson, Deputy Secretary for Financial Aid Practitioner South Africa. Mrs LE Pietersen. Campus Manager of Phatsimang campus, employed since 1993 in the education sector. Her career started at a Secondary School and progress to appointment in 2005 at NCUTVET. She obtains a Higher Diploma in Education (commerce), Honners BE. in Educational Psychology. Advance Certificate in Management and Leadership and several short course certificates. Her objective is to create a dynamic, inspiring and developing environment where I can use my developed skills, abilities, knowledge and experience to contribute to the success of the institution
Mr Jampies has more than 32 years’ experience at the College; including positions as Lecturer; Senior Lecturer and HOD. He has 5 years’ experience in the Private Sector as an Apprentice and as an Electrician, Mr Jampies began as a lecturer at RC Elliot Technical College which later merged with the NC Technical College to become the NCUTVET College.
